I was looking for some information on Mashgara, since my grandparents came from there and I am very curious about my roots, My grand parents came to Port prince Haiti, and after some time came to Mexico where my father was born in 1915. My grandfather Shaker Sayeg Hajj, had brothers Luis Nehme ,Jose Atala, Nicolas,Martha and others that went to New York where I have many relatives.
I look forward to visit Mashgara in the future.
I live in Mexico.

أنني أفتخر, وأشكر القييمين والساهرين على موقع بلدتنا الألكتروني , والذين أحبو وعولمو أسم مشغرة على صفحات الأنترنت , ولولا أنتمائكم وحنينكم للأرض لما أتيحت لنا هذه الفرصة للتواصل مع أهلنا في أي بقعة من العالم , وثقافتنا هي طرد الجهل والأمية للوصول الى المثالية , وأنا مثل الكثيرين الذين يتابعون ويتصفحون أخبار بلدتنا الحبيبة , وأعلم جيدا الكم الهائل من المتاعب التي تواجهكم ولكن لا بد من المواجهة من حين الى آخر , وأتمنى من جميع محبي مشغرة وأهلها التطلع الى الأمام وترك الماضي وسيئاته والتوقف عن التراشق والعتاب عن أمور فات عليها الزمن , نحن نعمل جميعا لكي نربط أواصر المحبة مع عائلاتنا بالمهجر ولا نريدهم أن ينسو أهلهم بلبنان وبلدتهم مشغرة. فادي الحاج – جدة - السعودية 18/05/2006
